First Apprentice Workshop at iv.sys — a great success!

September 1, 2025, we hosted our first iv.sys Apprentice Workshop. Ten apprentices from different companies came together for a full day to learn—and try out—the essentials of networking.

Learn. Understand. Apply.

Our goal was to give young talent a solid foundation. From the basics of copper and fiber optics to building networks and key practical exercises, the apprentices expanded their knowledge and put it straight into practice. We focused on both theoretical fundamentals and hands-on work with materials and tools.

Practice-driven knowledge transfer

The workshop offered an ideal mix of knowledge, teamwork, and practical tasks. Under the guidance of our experienced technicians, the apprentices rolled up their sleeves and gained their first hands-on experience with networking technology.

Our takeaway

The first Apprentice Workshop was a complete success—for us and, above all, for the apprentices. The day showed how important it is to provide young talent with practical, real-world knowledge early on and give them the space to experiment.
